An original studio concept

Vanta Social

Nightlife Discovery + VIP Reservation Experience

The night starts before the door.

Vanta Social website with Detroit nightlife imagery and direct paths to tonight's events and VIP
Vanta Social Website / Studio concept

Original studio concept. Fictional nightlife brand. Forms and pricing are demonstrative.

01 / Project summary

More than a
pretty homepage.

Nightlife / Events / Guest Conversion

A digital front door for a Detroit nightlife concept, connecting the event calendar, arrival details, insider access and VIP section discovery.

02 / The Brief

The Brief

Give a Detroit nightlife concept a home beyond the social feed. Guests need to discover the night, understand entry, join a list or compare a VIP section before they leave for the venue.

03 / The Problem

The Problem

Flyers can sell a mood while leaving the practical details scattered between posts, promoters and direct messages. That friction matters most when someone is ready to make plans with a group.

04 / The Strategy

The Strategy

Treat the site like a digital front door: lead with the energy of the room, make events and arrival details easy to find, then let VIP guests compare placement and minimums before requesting a section.

THE BUSINESS PURPOSE

What the experience supports.

A working multi-page nightlife concept that demonstrates event discovery, guest acquisition and premium upsell paths without relying on social media as the primary customer journey.

Concept objective; no measured client result is claimed.
SUCCESS MEASURES

What success
would look like.

These are business behaviors the concept is designed to influence, not measured results. A commissioned launch would establish a baseline and review these measures with the business over time.

Event discovery

Observe event-calendar exploration and next-step clicks from individual event details.

VIP interest

Review VIP section exploration and reservation or inquiry starts, then completions.

Insider-list engagement

Compare list sign-up starts with completed, consented subscriptions in a commissioned build.

Less arrival friction

Ask the venue team whether guests can find entry, timing, and location information without a direct message.

Measurement belongs to the agreed scope, with consent and privacy requirements considered before analytics are enabled.
