Terms of Service

Website projects begin with approved scope, timeline, and payment terms. Deliverables, revisions, ownership, and ongoing support are defined in the project agreement.

Digital website templates

Digital templates are delivered as coded HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files after successful payment. Each purchase grants one business a license to customize and use one copy for one website. The files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or used to create a website for another business. A. Halliwell Studio retains the original template and underlying intellectual property. Sample names, photos, service details, and prices are illustrative and must be replaced before publication. Domain registration, hosting, scheduling, ticketing, and payment processing are separate services unless a written implementation agreement says otherwise.

Implementation offers are inquiries until A. Halliwell Studio confirms the written scope, schedule, and payment terms. A template checkout purchases the digital download only; it does not include website implementation.

Digital delivery and refund requests

Download access is provided after Stripe confirms payment. If a link or file does not work, contact hello@ahalliwellstudio.com with your receipt. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and the terms shown at purchase.
