Project inquiries
When you submit the Start Project form, the studio receives the name, email address, business details, website URL, goals, and other answers you choose to provide. We use these details to review your project, reply, prepare a proposal, and communicate about potential or agreed services. A confirmation email may be sent to your address. The form uses Resend to deliver these emails. Inquiry details are also stored in our private studio database, with contact notes, follow-up dates, and a history of changes to help us manage your inquiry. Only the studio can access these lead records. An optional consultation link opens Google Calendar, where Google handles your booking details. When booking sync is enabled, your consultation contact details, appointment time, booking notes, and booking status are also stored in the private studio Leads desk to prepare for the call and manage follow-up. Do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.
While you fill out the form, a draft is saved in your browser on that device. It is removed after a successful submission. You can remove it sooner by clearing this site's browser storage. See Cookies & storage for details.
Analytics
Vercel Web Analytics helps us understand page visits and broad actions, including work views, project-start clicks, email-link clicks, Lab selections, and form completion. Custom events do not include inquiry contents, names, or email addresses. Outreach links may include an opaque reference associated with a business prospect in the studio’s private outreach records. We record visits through those links and related portfolio actions to understand outreach engagement. The reference is stored in session storage for the current browsing session. A tracked visit does not establish who used the link. Outreach emails may contain a small image that records an opaque reference, message step, and request time when loaded. Image requests provide estimated opens; privacy services, automated requests, and image blocking can distort them. These records are available only in the private studio engagement desk. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies. Private portal and fax activity is excluded from public analytics, and public analytics URLs omit query parameters and fragments.
With your permission, Google Analytics uses analytics cookies to measure public page visits, traffic sources, consultation and project-start clicks, and successful inquiry submissions. Google processes this usage information for the studio. We do not send inquiry answers, names, email addresses, prospect references, or private workspace activity to Google Analytics. Page URLs omit query parameters and fragments; only the named outreach campaign is recorded separately. Advertising features are disabled. You can decline analytics or change your choice using Cookie preferences. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Private fax desk
The private fax desk uses short-lived sign-in cookies and the Telnyx fax service. Fax details and files are handled only for sending, receiving, and checking fax delivery. The private desk is not part of the public project inquiry flow.
Private client workspaces
Invited clients sign in with one-time email codes or invitation links and a session cookie. A workspace may contain a project agreement, invoice PDF, source materials you upload, review files, and revision notes. These files are stored privately and are available only to the client and studio. If an agreement is signed in the portal, we record the typed legal name, account email, business name, electronic consent, time, IP address, browser information, and a hash and signed copy of the agreement to document the signature. We share the completed agreement with its parties and retain records needed to administer the project and document the transaction. Card payments can be entered in an embedded Stripe form or on a provider payment page. Stripe handles the payment fields; the studio does not store full card numbers. We retain the selected payment method, invoice references, payment status, and approval records to administer the project. The workspace also records the first client visit so the studio knows when the workspace has been opened. You can request copies of your signed records from the studio.
Sharing and requests
Information is handled by the studio and the providers needed to operate the site and deliver its services, including Vercel for hosting and private file storage, Neon for workspace records, Resend for email delivery, and Telnyx for fax functions. Client invoice payments may be handled by Chase or Stripe, depending on the issued invoice. We do not sell personal information. To request access to or deletion of information you submitted, contact the email above. Some records may need to be retained for project or legal obligations.
Template purchases
When you purchase a digital template, Stripe processes your payment and provides the studio with transaction details such as your email address, selected template, payment status, and receipt reference. The site verifies the completed Stripe Checkout session to release the matching download. We do not receive or store full card details. Vercel may process standard request information when you use the checkout and download pages. Contact the studio if you need help with a purchase or download.
