An original studio concept
Northstar Heating & Home
Homeowner Service Journey + Local Lead System
Comfort begins with a clear next step.

Original studio concept. Fictional HVAC company. Contact details, ratings, credentials and pricing are illustrative.
01 / Project summary
More than a
pretty homepage.
A local-service system that helps homeowners distinguish urgent service from planned replacement, then find a call, estimate or maintenance path.
02 / The Brief
The Brief
Make a local home-service concept useful in two very different moments: when a homeowner needs help now, and when they are researching maintenance or a new system. Each path needs a clear reason to trust the business and an obvious next action.
03 / The Problem
The Problem
A homeowner with no heat should not have to know which service page to open. Someone considering replacement needs time to compare repair history, comfort and cost. A single generic contact button treats those decisions as though they are the same.
04 / The Strategy
The Strategy
Organize the website by homeowner intent. Lead urgent visitors toward the relevant service and call path; give planned projects a decision guide, replacement process and financing context; and present maintenance as a continuing relationship rather than a one-time sale.
THE BUSINESS PURPOSE
What the experience supports.
A finished multi-page HVAC concept showing how practical information architecture and conversion design can support a local service business across urgent and research-driven journeys.
Concept objective; no measured client result is claimed. What success
would look like.
These are business behaviors the concept is designed to influence, not measured results. A commissioned launch would establish a baseline and review these measures with the business over time.
Service requests
Review request starts, completed submissions, and whether the chosen service matches the stated need.
Urgent-service calls
Observe urgent-call link clicks; use call records to verify actual calls rather than equating clicks with booked service.
Estimate requests
Review replacement-estimate starts and completions, including context gathered before contact.
Maintenance interest
Observe maintenance-page use and inquiries about ongoing care.
Decision-guide engagement
Observe repair-or-replace guide completion and the next service path visitors choose.
Measurement belongs to the agreed scope, with consent and privacy requirements considered before analytics are enabled.
